"I’m loving your Simple-Tech service. Thank you for what you do! After many years as a Geek Squad subscriber I finally dropped the service because with every passing year it changed and put more distance between me, the customer and a real live, American based technician. I am a senior who still does some independent consulting work from home which I enjoy, but always having that lurking concern of “what if” I run into tech difficulties. I did a count and I have two laptops, three cellphones, 6 Roku’s, 2 HP color printers, VOIP telephone system plus other electronic toys!
